•  | 2005 to 2011 : Renovation of a former school into private apartments with two furnished apartments . Design of a garden with a swimming pool. |
•  | 1995 to 2010 : Design and setup of a 3-star hotel and restaurant, La Magnanerie de Bernas, as owner and manager. This is a renovation of an old Knights Templar Commandery with a detached house, 15 rooms, two studios, three halls, a reception and a kitchen.
